Terms and Conditions for Special Deals
Submission of your debit/credit card details or full cash payment on arrival constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions set out below and is a legal contract between you (the Guest) and South Shore Guest House.
Advanced Bookings for Special Deals
Reservations can only be confirmed when submitted debit/credit card details have been processed and accepted or prepayment in cash of the full amount has been received. (Due to changes in way the UK Cheque Clearing System processes personal cheques, we regret that South Shore can no longer accepts this form of payment).
“Friday, Saturday and Sunday Deal” only applicable if the full 3 days are booked and paid for in advance.
“Friday and Saturday Deal” only available if the full 2 days are booked and paid for in advance.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking and receive a full refund, please telephone 0191 454 4049 at least 4 days before date of arrival. After this period has elapsed, South Shore reserves the right to retain a charge equivalent to the full advertised cost of the first nights stay.
Refunds
“Friday, Saturday and Sunday Deal” and “Friday and Saturday Deal” are only applicable if the full number of days in each case are used. Otherwise the “Deal” automatically becomes void and room/s will be charged as normal at the full advertised rate per day. The remaining money will then be refunded.
