The 2012 BUPA Great North Run
The 2012 Great North Run will be held on Sunday 16th September.
It is the world's largest half marathon and last year attracted over 100,000 applications to run.
The race starts in Newcastle and finishes in South Shields, making South Shore Guest House the ideal base for participants or spectators.
Due to demand, priority will be given to Guests wishing to book for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
